Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
To submit a notice of claimed copyright infringement, please provide a written communication containing all of the following information. Incomplete notices may not be processed.

A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are involved, you may provide a representative list.

Counter Notification Procedure
If you believe that content you posted was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated agent.
A valid counter-notification must include all of the following:

Jurisdiction & Service Consent
A statement that:
- you consent to the jurisdiction of the United States Federal District Court, and
- you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice or their agent.
If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed material unless the original complaining party files a court action seeking to restrain the alleged infringing activity.
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, NextCTL LLC may terminate access or accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers or who repeatedly violate intellectual property rights.
- Users found to repeatedly infringe copyright may have their access suspended or permanently terminated.
- We track and review all valid DMCA notices and maintain records of alleged infringement.
- Termination decisions are made at our sole discretion in accordance with applicable law.
