Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

To submit a notice of claimed copyright infringement, please provide a written communication containing all of the following information. Incomplete notices may not be processed.

    Identification of the Copyrighted Work

    A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are involved, you may provide a representative list.

    Identification of the Infringing Material

    A description of the material you believe is infringing and the exact location on our website or services — such as the URL or page location.

  3. 03

    Your Contact Information

    Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

    Good Faith Statement

    A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

    Accuracy and Authority Statement

    A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that:

    • the information in your notice is accurate, and
    • you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

    A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.

DMCA notices should be sent to our designated compliance team. If you submit a DMCA notice by email, please include the signed notice as an attachment or clearly identify your electronic signature within the message.

Counter Notification Procedure

If you believe that content you posted was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated agent.

A valid counter-notification must include all of the following:

    Your physical or electronic signature.

    Identification of Removed Material

    Identification of the material that was removed or disabled, including the location where it appeared before removal.

    Good Faith Statement

    A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

    Your Contact Information

    Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

    Jurisdiction & Service Consent

    A statement that:

    • you consent to the jurisdiction of the United States Federal District Court, and
    • you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice or their agent.

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed material unless the original complaining party files a court action seeking to restrain the alleged infringing activity.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, NextCTL LLC may terminate access or accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers or who repeatedly violate intellectual property rights.

  • Users found to repeatedly infringe copyright may have their access suspended or permanently terminated.
  • We track and review all valid DMCA notices and maintain records of alleged infringement.
  • Termination decisions are made at our sole discretion in accordance with applicable law.
